Handmade Nature and Variations
Letterpress printing is an artisanal process that results in unique and charming variations in each piece. These variations, such as slight shifts in color, impression depth, and positioning, are natural characteristics of the handmade process and are not considered defects. This is especially true when using handmade paper, where each sheet may have its own distinct texture and natural imperfections. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these inherent variations as part of the beauty and character of letterpress stationery

Please note that the colours displayed on your screen may differ from the actual colours of the stationery due to variations in screen settings and display quality. We strive to represent colours as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee an exact match between the colours viewed on your digital device and those of the final printed product. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these colour variations. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
Out-of-Stock Items and Substitutions
Occasionally, certain items or colors may be out of stock. If an item or color you have selected is unavailable, this does not cancel your order or the services provided. In such cases, we will recommend a reasonable substitution that aligns with your overall design and preferences. Any additional costs associated with these substitutions will be communicated to you before proceeding. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand that substitutions may be necessary.
