You've been planning your wedding for over a year-you know the look, the feeling, the experience you want your guests to have. But the invitation options you've found online? Too generic, too impersonal, and honestly, a little disappointing. That's where I come in. At Someday Press, I turn your vision into deeply pressed, beautifully crafted wedding invitations that actually match the celebration you've worked so hard to plan. And better yet-you won't have to lift a finger to assemble, address, or mail them.
Hi, I’m Kelly—your Niagara-based designer and printer. I'm the founder of Someday Press, longtime paper snob, pen collector, and professional "figure-it-outer." What started as a side hobby with calligraphy turned into a full-blown love affair with letterpress, vintage presses, and the kind of design that makes people stop and say, "Wow." I found Maddie—my 1913 Chandler & Price press—and taught myself the craft from the ground up. These days, I run a small letterpress studio out of my garage in Niagara, alongside two kids, a small army of pets, and a never-ending supply of paper samples.
When you work with me, you’re getting more than just pretty invitations. You’re getting someone who’s as serious about details as you are. I take care of everything—from design to final mailing—so your stationery feels personal, cohesive, and completely effortless on your end. Need a custom ink color to match your bridesmaid dresses? A suite that fits your vineyard venue like a glove? I love it! I make sure your invitations feel every bit as special as the day they’re announcing, and you get to skip the assembly line experience completely.
I found Maddie on Facebook Marketplace—because that’s where most good (and questionable) adventures start. One "you want to buy a WHAT?" from my very supportive husband later, many many discussions about logistics, we packed up the family and hit the road. Maddie is a 1913 Chandler & Price letterpress: 1200 pounds of cast iron, attitude, and craftsmanship. She’s a little temperamental—refusing to print properly unless John Mayer is playing—but when she’s in the mood, she leaves a deep, crisp impression that modern machines can’t even touch. High maintenance? Absolutely. Worth it? Every single time.
At Someday Press, my mission is to create timeless, heirloom-quality letterpress wedding invitations that capture the heart of each couple’s story. I believe that beautiful design should feel effortless, personal, and meaningful—an experience that brings joy, not overwhelm. Every piece is crafted with care, intention, and a deep respect for the significance of your celebration.
