Luxury Semi-Custom Wedding Invitations, Made Simple

Heirloom stationery. A guided, elevated process. Designed to deliver the luxury experience your wedding deserves — without the time or cost of fully custom design.

Exceptional wedding stationery doesn’t have to mean months of decisions or endless back-and-forth.
Our semi-custom collection gives you access to professionally designed, fully letterpressed suites — personalized to your wedding — with a clear, guided process that takes the stress off your plate and keeps your timeline on track.

Perfect for couples who value elevated design, refined details, and expert guidance — but don’t want to invest the time or budget required for full custom. You’ll enjoy the luxury experience of working one-on-one with a stationer, while benefiting from a proven, efficient process built to make your stationery one of the most effortless parts of your wedding planning.

Why Choose Semi-Custom?

Beautiful wedding stationery, thoughtfully designed for you.

The Process

step 1.   INquire and select your suite

Step 2.   Custom Proposal & Booking

Step 3.    Design Questionnaire

Step 4.   Proofing & Revisions

Step 5.   Printing & Delivery

Choose your package and suite, and submit a quick inquiry form. You'll select your quantity, any add-ons (wax seals, ribbon, etc.), and let us know any preferences up front.

You'll receive a personalized proposal with all of your selections, transparent pricing, contract, and invoice. Once your contract is signed and full payment is submitted, your suite is officially booked.

I will send a detailed questionnaire to capture your wording, color palette, names, and key design details.  Don't worry, I'm here to help and guide you.

You’ll receive your first digital proof within 2–3 business days. Three rounds of revisions are included to ensure everything feels perfect.

After final approval, your suite moves into production. Letterpress printing typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on paper selections. Once complete, your finished invitations are packaged and shipped directly to you, ready for mailing.

Can I customize colors, paper, or embellishments?

Yes! Each semi-custom suite includes your choice of ink colors, paper stock, envelope colors, and optional embellishments like silk ribbon, wax seals, or twine. These options allow you to personalize your suite while maintaining a cohesive, elevated design.

How many revisions are included?

Three rounds of digital proofs are included with your semi-custom suite. Most clients feel confident and ready to print well before reaching the third round, but additional revisions can be added if needed.

When should I order my invitations?
Ideally, you’ll want to begin the process 4–6 months before your wedding date to allow time for proofing, printing, assembly, and mailing.

Do you offer full custom invitations?
Yes — a limited number of full custom design spots are available each year. If you're interested in a fully bespoke suite, please inquire for availability and pricing.
